Radios for Sale

These are radios that have either been around too long, are duplicates or ones that I could not repair. When you make an offer, please ask me for the radios weight so you can figure out how much to add for shipping.

Packing is free for the small hand size transistors, add $7.50 for shipping. Ask about the bigger radios.

The radios that do work will be completely checked out before shipping. The ones that do not work, you are buying "as-is".

Maybe you will find something here to tinker with.

Have fun!

1940 Philco model 40-155, AC, 8 tubes, 19" wide, 11" tall, 13" deep. 3 bands, the standard broadcast band - 550 to 1500Khz, shortwave bands from 1.5 to 3.5 Mhz and 6.0 to 18 Mhz. Radio does work on the standard broadcast band, has squeals on the shortwave bands (needs capacitors replaced). This is a duplicate radio of one that I have for sale. See the other one at "Tube Radios Page 1". This radio is "as-is", it has not been upgraded or had the back removed. There are extremely high voltages inside and you will be at your own risk. These are nice radios when all fixed up but please be careful.
